FOR THE ENGAGEMENT FAIR FALL 2024 PLEASE LIST THE EVENT AS 'ENGAGEMENT FAIR'. ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST BE COMPLETED BY AUGUST 5.
Please use this form for all Apparel & Giveaway requests for your organization.
This form must be submitted at least 6 weeks prior to the date that you need your apparel for. Apparel and giveaway forms must be submitted by April 1. Any orders submitted after April 1 will not be fulfilled before the end of the semester.
Order fulfilment is contingent on student timeliness in communication, supply / inventory availability, and time of year.
All custom designs must be created via the marketing form and approved by the club before you submit the apparel form.
Additional notes:
1. You must have the money in your club budget to purchase apparel & giveaways.
2. All apparel must conform to UMass Lowell graphic standards. The Office of Student Activities & Leadership must approve all designs to ensure that University graphic elements are included.
3. Please submit this form with a complete list of items you wish to order.
Apparel Process
1. Submit apparel / giveaway form.
2. Program Advisor works with vendor for a quote. Club contact must approve or deny.
- Groups may adjust sizes, the number of items ordered, or the color of items at this point.
- You have (3) business days to reply to the quote email before your order is cancelled and you must restart the process.
2. Once club approves quote, club must upload quote as a purchase request.
- Any changes to the item type, quantity, or sizes will result in an additional charge.
3. A proof (example of what the item will look like) will be sent out to the club contact. Club contact must approve before items will be created.
- Design edits and suggestions can be made at this time.
4. When item is ready for pickup your club will be notified and someone must pick up at vendor or in Student Activities and Leadership.
